The quiet location and lovely little pool added to the peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed a cozy bonfire in the evening after a refreshing swim. The restaurant recommendation for dinner was superb, and the advice for exploring Coimbra was spot on. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wow! This place is like a Mediterranean dream come true. The architecture and renovation of this old family home is absolutely stunning. It feels so tranquil and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. The hosts, Luiz and Henrique, were incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even arranged taxis for us and took us to the local shopping center.- The breakfast was delicious and made to our preferences. We had a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh juice and pastries. It was the perfect start to our day.

It was a bit difficult to find the property, so I would recommend getting a map from the hosts beforehand. Our GPS and Google Maps couldn't locate it accurately.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautifully restored home called Oryza Guest House& Suites in Coimbra. the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the entire property had a lovely, authentic Portuguese charm. the kitchen was available to use, and the outdoor spaces were absolutely stunning. the staff at Oryza were extremely helpful and made our stay exceptional. I especially enjoyed the convenience of having a car and the easy access to town. I highly recommend Oryza Guest House& Suites and would definitely stay there again. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect! 🌟.

The guest house had a great location, close to the hospital where my husband was having an operation. This made it very convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious, providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.- One advantage I enjoyed was the use of the kitchen, especially since there were no nearby restaurants or cafes. It was helpful to have this option.

The stairs, which could be difficult for some travelers. It would have been better if there was an elevator or alternative access.
